Its quiet difficult in our profession since you know everyone is an architect out there. Lesotho has not done justice to us or rather those who come before us has done nothing to protect our profession. Soon that will come to an end, our leaders in architecture profession are working on it.
When you put your finances on a certain project be sure that your working with competent architect, for the success of your project. DO NOT hire someone who claim to know everything concerning your project. It Takes More than 3 years to study architecture. It Takes more than 7 years to be a professional architect. TRUST me that person will help you to the failure of your project.
It is our duty to educate our clients.Before you can start any project we walk you through the project brief and make sure you understand the scope of the Project, How do you propose to finance the project , and so on.
